1. What kind of payment methods do you accept?

BNC

Major Credit Cards:  
Visa, MasterCard, American Express (we do not accept Discover)
(we may require additional authorization for larger orders.  To speed up the ordering process, please click here to download an authorization form and send this over with your order.)

Fax or Mail:

Click here to download our order form for fax or mail orders.

 Paypal: 
We accept paypal, our Paypal email is sales@lammenscodirect.com

Checks:
Payment made by check must be cleared by our bank before we can ship your order.  Once the check has cleared, your order will be shipped.

 Money Order:
We accept money orders in US dollars only

Wire Transfer:
If you order total is $400.00 or more, you may send us the payment via wire transfer to our bank account.  If you would like to pay by wire transfer, please contact us for our bank details

COD (Cash on Delivery):
For the continental USA, your order can be shipped COD delivery.  UPS will only accept a Money Order in the amount of your purchase at the time of delivery 

 


2. How will the products be shipped?

We have the following shipping options:UPS

For the USA:

            UPS Ground                 ($11.99 per order)

            UPS Second Day Air     ($24.99 per order)

            UPS Next Day Air          ($49.99 per order)

            UPS Saturday Delivery ( By request only, not available everywhere. Please contact UPS to verify)

            UPS COD                     (Cash On Delivery).  Within the continental US only, UPS does NOT accept cash so please make sure you have your Money Order ready. There is an additional $10 charge for this service.

           

For Canada:US Postal

            US Postal                   ($19.99 per order up to $500 & only smaller packages)

            UPS                             ($19.99 per order for all orders over $500 or large packages)

 

Outside the USA and Canada

            UPS                             ($49.99 per order)

 

For all international shipment the customer will be fully responsible for customs duties outside the USA.  We are unable to tell you if you need to pay duties and you should contact your local customs for more information. 

All UPS shipments within the continental US can be tracked from our website

 


3. How long is the warranty and what does it covers? Warranty

Lammensco Products stand for quality and reliability and we guarantee you a good product, otherwise we repair or replace parts or the item within 12 months after your purchase. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Please note all items that have been modified or altered in any way will void the return and warranty policy. If altered or modified, the products will no longer be returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances


4. What is your return policy?

You can return the product within 7 days after you have received it.

Returns should be shipped freight prepaid (you are responsible for shipping costs to send the item back) in the complete original packaging and we only refund non-used products.

If you meet the above criteria, you do not need to ask us for a return authorization, you can just ship back to: Lammensco USA, Inc.,

Please know it is very important that you clearly print your name and address on the box, otherwise we will not know who to refund. The receipt of your return does not automatically guarantee a refund. All freight-prepaid packages will be accepted by our warehouse, so please be sure that you meet the return requirements. If you refuse the delivery of an order upon arrival and it is send back to our warehouse, we will credit you 75% of the original purchase price.

We must always be in a position to repair or replace a damaged product within a short period of time. We advise you to use a traceable return shipment, like UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for missing shipments.

All products are subject to change without prior notification and small improvements or changes. Please note all items that have been modified or altered in any way will void the return and warranty policy. They will no longer be returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances.

The return policy does NOT apply to the following:
* Customized orders
* Special Order Products
* Wholesale Orders
*International Orders
*Items from Entryvue.com with a quantity of 4+ set
*Orders in which a deposit is necessary .

If you plan on purchasing multiple quantities of the same item, we advise that you test the product before ordering multiple quantities. This is recommended to make sure that the product(s) meets your requirements or special needs.

After receipt, we will credit you the purchase amount. You will be refunded the same way that you have paid for your order. If you paid by Paypal, you will receive a credit to your Paypal account. We do not charge any re-stocking fees and handling charges.
